Biography

Maria Pavlenko was born in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2006. At the age of 6, she started taking piano and singing lessons at a music school. Maria took saxophone lessons when she was 8 years old, and since then she has developed an increasing interest in pop, soul, and jazz music. In 2021, she entered the Glier Kyiv Academy of Music. „The stage has always been a place for me where I become myself, singing is what I love to do more than anything else, performing on the stage is the meaning of my life.“ In 2022, Maria entered the Stuttgart Academy of Music and studies with prominent professors such as Fola Dada and Cemre Yilmaz. She also studied saxophone with Professor Sandi Kuhn. In 2023, she began actively giving her solo concerts as a singer and began writing her own songs. „I am just starting the path to realizing my dream, starting my career. I know that this is a difficult path, but I hope that one day I will be able to inspire as an artist, and I will be very happy if my voice and music resonate in the hearts of people.
